Spencer works with owner-operators of Canadian HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors to realize their personal and professional goals, ensuring that our partners preserve their legacy, protect their local brand, and create long-term opportunities for their employees. Prior to MechCan, Spencer invested in and supported middle market companies on behalf of leading financial institutions. He holds a BA from Cornell University.

Arty leads MechCan’s support of our existing contractor partners, ensuring they are best positioned for sustainable growth and capitalizing on the benefits of MechCan’s platform. Prior to MechCan, Arty invested in and supported middle market companies on behalf of leading financial institutions. He holds a BA from University of Southern California.

Elliott provides finance and accounting support to MechCan’s family of brands. Elliott is a CPA-CA with a Masters of Accounting and a Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo. Prior to MechCan, Elliott was an Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young.

Stuart leads MechCan's marketing function across digital and traditional marketing. He currently plans and executes the marketing strategy for MechCan's portfolio of companies across Canada. Prior to MechCan, Stuart was the Digital Marketing Director at one of the GTA's premier Digital Agencies, serving clients across Canada and the US. He also brings marketing leadership experience, having been at the head of the Brand Marketing & Corporate Communication function for one of India's top 5 financial services companies.

Meet a results-driven marketing specialist with a strong foundation in strategy, storytelling, and performance. Regan is our Marketing Specialist and Coordinator, bringing experience from Sunwing Travel Group, entrepreneurial ventures like Carnival Shoppe and UT Social Collective, and her role as a volunteer marketing consultant and Advisory Board member for the Harris Brand Foundation. She blends creative execution with data-led decision-making to drive meaningful growth.

Expect eye-catching designs, authoritative backlinks, increased visibility, boosted website health and much more from Angela. Prior to working for MechCan, she was working for a company where she was building websites for clients.

Prior to joining MechCan, Serge was the owner of Moore & Russell Heating and Air Conditioning in British Columbia. Serge brings to the team an abundance of operational experience and will be directly managing MechCan’s BC based company – Pro Ace Heating & Air Conditioning.

Mark brings an abundance of industry experience to the MechCan Team. He has a strong technical background holding both his gas and refrigeration licences and extensive operational experience, after a 17-year career at Oosterveld Heating & AC in Guelph, ON. Mark acts as both a leader and an educator to his team and customers and operates with a high-level of integrity. Mark oversees MechCan’s operations in the Tri-cities region of Ontario.

Ken Turner is a licensed HVAC technician specializing in Gas, Oil, Propane, Air Conditioning, and Sheet Metal. He began his career early, advancing from hands-on installation to management and business ownership, successfully operating two HVAC businesses in the Ottawa area. Known for his technical expertise and leadership, Ken is also a devoted husband and father who enjoys hockey, baseball, and supporting his kids.
