Spencer works with owner-operators of Canadian HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors to realize their personal and professional goals, ensuring that our partners preserve their legacy, protect their local brand, and create long-term opportunities for their employees. Prior to MechCan, Spencer invested in and supported middle market companies on behalf of leading financial institutions. He holds a BA from Cornell University.

Arty leads MechCan’s support of our existing contractor partners, ensuring they are best positioned for sustainable growth and capitalizing on the benefits of MechCan’s platform. Prior to MechCan, Arty invested in and supported middle market companies on behalf of leading financial institutions. He holds a BA from University of Southern California.

Jodie is devoted to helping MechCan’s partner companies grow their sales and is responsible for the onboarding, training, and development of home comfort advisors across the MechCan family of brands. While Jodie focuses on sales growth, he is also a valuable resource for our partners to help tackle a myriad of operational issues. Prior to MechCan, Jodie was the General Manger of Francis Home Environment and a Regional Sales Manager for the Right Time Group of Companies.

Kaylie is responsible for building relationships with owner-operators of Canadian HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors to add to the MechCan family of brands. Prior to MechCan, Kaylie was the Territory Manager for Eastern Ontario at Daikin North America and was a Residential Sales Consultant for Francis Home Environment.

Elliott provides finance and accounting support to MechCan’s family of brands. Elliott is a CPA-CA with a Masters of Accounting and a Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo. Prior to MechCan, Elliott was an Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young.

Steve works with MechCan’s family of brands as they grow their businesses to the next level.  He takes a consultative approach to helping implement new systems, buying better, daily operations accountability, pricing strategies, customer service initiatives, and working with the sales and marketing teams.  Prior to joining MechCan Steve was Director of Sales at Service Experts Canada.

Nicole has a knack for deciphering search engine algorithms, crafting targeted and ROI-driven ad campaigns, streamlining processes, creating visually stunning designs, climbing the Google rankings and getting your brand in the spotlight. Prior to MechCan, Nicole worked at Scotiabank assisting their digital SEO team on a global scale.
